Mud House Farms (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is pleased to offer reliable shipping across the United States. Please review the details below to understand how and when you’ll receive your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is packed and handed off to our carrier, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping Methods & Rates

USPS Standard (First Class) from $0.00-$25.00 - $7.00

USPS Standard (First Class) from $25.00-$75.00 - $10.00

USPS Standard (First Class) from $75.00 or more - $13.00
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected service and destination.
International & Restricted Locations
At this time, we ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping to U.S. territories or international destinations may incur additional fees; please contact us for a custom quote before placing your order.
Order Cut-Off Times
To ensure prompt delivery, orders must be placed by 10:00 AM ET Monday–Friday to ship the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM ET or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
Use that link to monitor delivery status, estimated arrival, and any carrier updates.
Shipping Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for on-time delivery, factors like weather, carrier issues, or high seasonal volumes may cause delays.
